This policy applies to all orders placed in-store, online for pickup, local delivery orders, and online orders shipped across Canada.

LOCAL DELIVERY (Grande Prairie & Surrounding Areas)

Instant Delivery

We offer fast local delivery for delivery addresses located within Grande Prairie.

– Available based on driver availability and store operating hours

– Delivery fees are calculated at checkout

– Orders must be paid before dispatch

– Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or order volume

CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING

We ship dry goods, frozen foods, and selected perishables across Canada following guidelines to help preserve product quality.

SHIPPING OF FROZEN & PERISHABLE ITEMS (Outside Grande Prairie)

Frozen and fresh items require a 2-business-day delivery option at checkout.

– Longer delivery methods will not be shipped

– Insulated packaging and ice packs help keep items frozen for up to 48 hours

– Couriers may not deliver on weekends or holidays

– Orders ship same day or next day to meet 2-business-day delivery timelines

Thursday–Sunday

– Orders ship on Monday only

SHIPPING OF DRY GOODS (Non-Perishable Items)

Dry goods may be shipped Monday–Friday.

– Orders placed Monday–Friday usually ship the next business day

– No weekend shipping

– Processing time: 1–2 business days

SHIPPING RATES & COURIERS

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

ORDER TRACKING

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Undeliverable packages returned to NINBATS may be refunded for product cost only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders containing perishable items may not qualify for refunds if delivery fails due to customer unavailability.

Customers must place a new order for re-shipping.

CUSTOMER REMINDERS

– Freeze frozen items immediately upon arrival

– Perishable items outside Grande Prairie may require 2-business-day shipping

– Frozen items ship Monday–Wednesday only

– Orders placed Thursday–Sunday may ship on Monday

– NINBATS is not responsible for spoilage caused by courier delays, weather conditions, or customer-selected long shipping methods

– Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
