At NINBATS, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality products and excellent service. Please review our refund and return guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

This policy applies to all in-store purchases, local deliveries, pickups, and online orders.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of food products, not all items are eligible for return or refund.

Returns or refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

– Incorrect item received

– Damaged products

– Expired products

– Missing items from an order

All requests are subject to review and approval by NINBATS.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened food products
  • Frozen products that have thawed after delivery
  • Perishable items not stored properly after delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Fresh produce
  • Perishable items
  • Clearance or final sale items

RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME

Customers must report issues within:

– 24 hours for fresh, frozen, or perishable items

– 48 hours for dry goods and non-perishable items

Requests made outside these timeframes may not qualify for refunds or replacements.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR RETURN

To request a refund or return, customers should contact NINBATS with:

– Full name

– Order number or receipt

– Description of the issue

– Photos of damaged or incorrect products where applicable

Customers can also visit us in-store with order details, proof of purchase, and photos (if applicable).

Our team will review the request and respond as soon as possible.

APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible

  • Card payments: 5–10 business days
  • E-transfer/manual payments: 1–2 business days

– Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

– Partial refunds may be issued where appropriate

– Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by NINBATS

REPLACEMENTS & STORE CREDIT

In some cases, we may offer:

– Product replacement

– Exchange for similar items

– Store credit

This may depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, prepared, or processed for pickup, cancellation may not be possible.

Custom-cut meat orders and special orders may not qualify for cancellation once preparation has started.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

NINBATS is not responsible for:

– Failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses

– Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability

– Spoilage caused by delayed pickup after notification

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

FOOD SAFETY NOTICE
